What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair building automation control systems and field devices
• diagnose HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance and service agreement inspections
• support controller replacements, upgrades, migrations, and expansions
• validate operating sequences and optimize performance
• assist with commissioning, retro-commissioning, and startup
• complete point-to-point verification and functional testing
• maintain documentation and backups
• support automation platforms, energy optimization, alarms, trends, dashboards, analytics, integrations, and fault detection
• use remote monitoring tools
• serve as technical contact for assigned accounts
• mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
