What you'll do

• Oversee construction projects
• develop execution strategies, logistics, safety plans, budgets, schedules, and work plans
• manage subcontractor scopes and contracts
• solicit contractors through RFPs
• conduct site walkthroughs and audits
• review submittals
• manage quality, document control, and communication plans
• provide stakeholder updates and measure project performance.
