The role helps business units maintain reliable workflows through incident resolution, configuration, data governance, integrations, documentation, and training.

What you'll do

• Serve as the functional contact for SAP PM/EAM issues and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
• support notifications, work orders, scheduling, confirmations, and technical closure
• troubleshoot maintenance master data
• manage configuration within Public Cloud SSCUI boundaries
• support preventive maintenance planning
• coordinate with maintenance planners and technicians on costing, capacity, and resources
• coordinate with FI/CO and MM/procurement
• manage enhancement requests
• maintain process and configuration documentation
• support authorization reviews
• deliver end-user training and participate in change advisory reviews.
