The role owns relationships between Aitia’s internal teams and external partners, supporting alliance strategy, governance, and execution. It helps partnerships deliver long-term value by coordinating objectives, tracking milestones and performance, resolving collaboration challenges, and communicating scientific and business impact.

What you'll do

• Support partnership strategies and post-deal readiness
• develop partnership objectives and governance
• contribute to partnership contract development, amendments, and execution
• coordinate governance agendas and outcomes
• build relationships with partner counterparts
• collaborate with scientific, business development, operations, and leadership teams
• track milestones and follow-ups
• report on partnership health and recommend improvements
• represent Aitia at meetings and industry events
• monitor biotech and pharmaceutical trends.
