What you'll do

• Train with a mentor on metal fabrication processes at workstations
• attend Metro Community College classes and maintain satisfactory grades
• document daily skills in a logbook
• complete ICATT coursework
• assist with production to gain skills
• produce a part demonstrating acquired skills
• and follow the regular schedule set by supervisory management.
