Client Representative

What you'll do

• Answer calls and respond to voicemails
• schedule counseling intake appointments
• welcome clients in waiting areas
• maintain new client paperwork in the EHR
• take client payments and record them on the money transmittal sheet
• update counselor schedules and communicate cancellations or rescheduled appointments
• submit timesheets
• participate in the annual Quality of Care Review.
