Senior HVAC Technician / License Holder

The Senior HVAC Technician / License Holder role is onsite in Dayton, OH. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses. The technician supports residential HVAC service work in the East Dayton area. The role exists to keep customers’ residential heating and cooling systems operating through diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. It contributes through safe, efficient service calls, accurate records, and clear explanations of system issues and repair options to homeowners.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
• explain system concerns and repair options to homeowners
• recommend repairs, maintenance plans, and upgrades based on customer needs
• complete service calls safely and efficiently
• maintain service records and vehicle inventory.
