The technician supports daily facility operations, routine repairs, preventive maintenance, grounds work, and client support. The role helps keep the building safe, clean, organized, and ready for food businesses by responding to work orders, maintaining common and mechanical areas, and escalating larger issues to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and operational support across the facility, docks, exterior areas, and common spaces
• assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, lighting, and simple electrical work
• respond to work orders
• identify and escalate building or equipment issues
• support preventive maintenance, inspections, equipment checks, and documentation
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• assist with loading dock activity, client moves, equipment relocation, and facility setup.
