What you'll do

• Clean and restore vacant apartments
• maintain facility and grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• install or assist with appliance installation
• perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• inspect vacant units and create repair forecasts and punch lists
• remove trash and belongings
• perform quality checks
• assist with minor electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and appliance maintenance as directed.
