What you'll do

• Review estimates and repairs for warranty processing
• seek policy assistance when warranted
• track failure patterns and pursue resolutions
• coordinate with service teams to guide and expedite repairs
• coordinate expedited parts orders and technical or field support
• monitor trucks awaiting repair activity
• track campaigns
• explain repairs to customers
• train customers on maintenance, inspections, technologies, and continuing education
• support maintenance programs
• review invoices
• provide customer technician and driver training onsite
• follow up on virtual technician and connectivity matters
• review PDI/NTP work in process
• support account setup
• coordinate quality and factory interface
• direct warranty matters involving parts and CPW.
