What you'll do

• Monitor the retail center and address safety, customer service, product flow, and presentation issues
• manage breaks and redirect teams
• coach employees and provide input to reviews and terminations
• assist with opening and closing
• verify daily sales paperwork, count drawers, and make change
• support inventory
• coordinate customer service and handle escalated complaints
• support donation decisions and cross-train across store procedures.
