What you'll do
- Manage commercial mechanical projects nationwide
- own budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margin
- lead procurement and subcontractor/vendor setup
- manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and field leadership
- oversee MEP coordination using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
- and enforce safety and quality standards.
