What you'll do

• Create and maintain staff schedules
• track call-outs, tardiness, and early departures
• partner with HR on recruitment and retention initiatives
• assist with annual performance reviews

• communicate staffing needs and schedule updates
• assist with medical records and resident documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
