What you'll do

• Understand client requirements and follow up on work orders two to three times per week or as needed
• update clients on progress, delays, or site problems
• coordinate scheduling and status with clients, homeowners, and contractors
• document every work-order interaction and next steps
• identify and escalate customer issues
• respond to calls and emails, returning messages within one business hour
• direct contractors on job requirements
• identify process improvements
• assist with development of service offerings
• protect confidential information.
