Chief Clinical Officer

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Accountable for maximizing core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Spends a portion of time on direct patient care as a PCP. Focuses on PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.
