Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer role is onsite in Dublin, CA. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on coaching experience, certifications, availability, and qualifications. The role supports the F45 Training Dublin fitness community and members’ health and fitness goals. The coach leads team-based functional training workouts, helps members exercise safely and effectively, and builds an encouraging studio environment. The role also supports member engagement and retention through coaching, relationship-building, and studio activities.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach F45 team-based functional training workouts
• motivate members
• demonstrate proper exercise technique
• provide modifications, regressions, and progressions
• support safe training
• welcome new and trial members
• assist with front-desk duties as needed
• prepare equipment, reset and clean the studio, and support events and challenges. Current nationally recognized fitness certification and CPR/AED certification are required
• schedule may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
