Part-Time Activity Assistant

The Part-Time Activity Assistant role is onsite in Litchfield, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule and every other weekend required. Pay is $17 per hour. Eden Vista Litchfield is an assisted living community focused on resident support and a home-like environment. The assistant organizes and participates in individualized and group activities that support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs. The role encourages socialization, independence, wellness, and participation while documenting progress and maintaining safe activity areas.

What you'll do

• Help plan, coordinate, and implement resident activities
• support one-to-one, small-group, and large-group programming
• design programs that encourage socialization
• provide entertainment and opportunities to build daily living skills
• document resident progress and participation
• maintain safe activity areas
• encourage and motivate residents to participate.
