Senior Home Technology Installer and Project Manager

The Senior Home Technology Installer and Project Manager role is onsite in Westwood, NJ, with stated pay of $28–$35 per hour. The role leads residential audio, video, networking, smart-home, and CCTV projects from pre-wire through commissioning. The position combines hands-on installation and system configuration with project ownership, field-team leadership, client and builder coordination, and quality-focused delivery of residential technology systems.

What you'll do

• Lead residential AV, smart-home, networking, and surveillance projects from kickoff to completion
• review proposals, plans, and scope
• coordinate with homeowners, builders, electricians, and other trades
• manage timelines, labor, and materials
• perform and oversee pre-wiring, trim-out, installation, configuration, testing, programming, and client handoff
• mentor junior technicians
• support escalated troubleshooting.
