The Guest Experience Guide role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. BATHHOUSE creates wellness spaces combining thermal pools, steam rooms, treatments, and a social experience. The Guide welcomes guests and supports a comfortable, safe, and seamless visit through orientation, check-in assistance, accurate information, and guest-flow monitoring. The role also communicates feedback and incidents to management and may promote services and retail offerings when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• orient them to the Bathhouse experience
• answer questions about amenities, services, and policies
• assist with check-in, check-out, paperwork, and waivers as needed
• monitor guest flow and capacity
• report feedback, concerns, and incidents to management
• promote services and retail offerings when appropriate
• assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions as needed.
