What you'll do

• Provide Tier I technical support
• install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, servers, peripherals, and network-connected devices
• support Windows and Linux systems
• assist with physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure monitoring
• support VMware, KVM, and Xen platforms
• monitor performance and escalate complex issues
• assist with security practices and vulnerability mitigation
• maintain technical documentation, inventory, and procedures.
