Parts Special Order Processor

The Parts Special Order Processor role is onsite in Weare, NH, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, with a monthly sales-performance bonus described after a 90-day evaluation. Cold Springs RV is a family-owned and operated dealership. The processor identifies and orders specialty RV parts, tracks orders, and manages related purchase orders, invoices, and inventory. The work helps dealership staff and customers receive the correct parts and supports accurate parts and warehouse records.

What you'll do

• Determine parts needs and specify parts
• create and modify purchase orders and send them to vendors
• record warranty returns
• enter special orders and notify staff or clients when parts arrive
• track orders
• process and close invoices
• compare invoices with requisitions
• maintain records of purchases and parts received or issued
• conduct ongoing inventory
• attend weekly department meetings.
