What you'll do

• Manage multiple affordable housing development projects from underwriting through closing and stabilization
• analyze investments and prepare materials for development leadership
• compile financial, market, site, and regulatory due diligence
• order and review third-party reports
• lead community meetings and government approval processes
• manage project budgets, schedules, and underwriting assumptions
• prepare financing and subsidy documentation
• review project delays, costs, contracts, and change orders
• coordinate consultants through design and entitlements
• supervise associates and analysts.
