The Marketing Principal / Director, Physical AI role is onsite in Redwood City, CA, with regular work from Dexterity’s headquarters and 10–20% travel to customer sites and industry events. The annual base salary range is $180,000–$210,000 USD. Dexterity builds intelligent robots for complex industrial work. As the company-wide marketing lead, this hands-on role defines Dexterity’s Physical AI positioning, creates qualified enterprise demand, and translates complex technology into useful messaging and content. It partners with executive leadership and Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to support commercial growth.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales on target segments, accounts, buyer needs, and follow-up
• run account-based and industry campaigns
• build campaign journeys, content, landing experiences, and tracking
• report sourced and influenced pipeline
• define positioning and messaging across Physical AI, robotics, and warehouse automation
• create videos, demos, explainers, launches, web content, presentations, and sales materials
• lead executive voice, social, and content distribution
• coordinate events and trade media
• and build documented AI-driven workflows with human review and data controls.
