What you'll do

• Lead resident-centered care and regulatory compliance
• promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders

• direct daily operations and manage budgets, financial performance, staffing, labor, and productivity
• collaborate with corporate leadership
• maintain survey readiness
• oversee quality assurance, performance improvement, HIPAA, infection prevention, and life safety compliance
• lead state and federal surveys and corrective action planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field and a current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License. Two or more years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and skilled nursing or assisted living leadership experience are preferred.
