What you'll do

• Promote safety and environmental compliance at regional plant visits
• establish and maintain process standards for minerals and melting
• develop plant hot-end technical talent
• define and implement best-in-class processes
• analyze process data and recommend performance improvements
• deploy the global hot-end strategy
• track plant metrics
• support projects such as rebuilds, expansions, and hot repairs
• implement melting innovation and sustainability initiatives
• and share knowledge and best practices across the division.
