What you'll do

• Negotiate, draft, and administer subcontract and teaming agreements, NDAs, and MSAs
• flow down FAR and DFARS clauses
• track subcontractor performance, invoicing, and deliverables
• review prime contracts, task orders, and SOWs
• monitor FAR/DFARS and cybersecurity compliance
• coordinate change orders
• maintain contract templates
• provide compliance reports and proposal support.
