The work contributes to clients’ compliance and fund-related legal needs.

What you'll do

• Advise on compliance with the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act
• counsel investment advisers, family offices, and global financial institutions
• support formation and operation of private equity, hedge, credit, and real estate funds
• handle SEC exams, investigations, and enforcement matters
• collaborate with white-collar teams on regulatory issues.
