What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily work activities for an assigned construction scope

• monitor production, quality, safety, and schedule
• resolve field issues
• read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• coordinate with other trades and project personnel
• maintain daily reports, manpower records, and production information
• address jobsite hazards
• coach team members
• communicate updates and resource needs to project leadership
• participate in hands-on construction when needed.
