What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
• replenish toiletries, towels, and minibar items
• inspect rooms and report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards
• maintain hallways, lounges, and elevators
• respond courteously to guest requests or direct guests to appropriate hotel services.
