Assistant Educator, Afternoon Support

What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• help maintain a positive classroom culture
• supervise and engage students
• support developmental progress documentation
• clean and sanitize classroom areas
• guide children in conflict resolution
• support classroom routines
• communicate with families under the Lead Educator’s and Director’s guidance
• collaborate with colleagues.
