What you'll do

• Transport eligible members to and from the PSR program and community activities
• assist passengers boarding and exiting when needed
• monitor client condition and safety
• assist with program tasks and activities
• support crisis intervention when needed
• maintain van service and maintenance records
• document transportation and services according to applicable program standards.

Why this role

Schedule described as typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with one evening shift weekly and rotating Saturday coverage from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Missouri Class E driver’s license, or Class D for Illinois residents.
