What you'll do

• Manage daily Parts Department operations
• provide customer service and resolve concerns
• lead, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• order parts and equipment and maintain inventory levels
• issue purchase orders and process returns
• monitor inventory accuracy, shortages, shrinkage, and obsolete stock
• conduct physical counts
• ensure customer and Service Department orders are accurate and timely
• coordinate with Sales and Service
• monitor expenses and profitability goals
• develop sales and marketing strategies
• prepare performance reports
• maintain customer, vendor, and employee relationships.
