Critical Facility Technician III

What you'll do

• Monitor, operate, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions across critical facility systems
• track operational data
• support preventive and predictive maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire life safety systems
• manage work orders and tickets
• document work in the CMMS
• support infrastructure projects and customer service
• mentor junior team members.
