The Pharmacist — Per Diem role is onsite in Bartlett, TN, and pays $60–$70 per hour. LUX Infusion provides infusion and specialty pharmacy care through a clinician-led organization focused on patient support and safe therapy delivery. The relief pharmacist provides coverage when the Pharmacist-in-Charge is absent, maintaining medication accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care. The role also supports pharmacy technicians and patient assessments during coverage periods.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight of pharmacy operations while on duty
• supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• review and verify prescriptions, medication selection, dosing, and patient education materials
• provide medication therapy in accordance with applicable requirements and policies
• conduct patient and refill assessments as required
• maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance
• and participate in quality assurance activities and audits as requested.

Why this role

Requires a BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and a current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment. The schedule is per diem, 24–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST.
