What you'll do

• Build, maintain, or optimize SQL dashboards and reports

• contribute to fraud trend analysis and mitigation
• assist senior fraud analysts with monitoring fraud groups
• take ownership of designated daily monitoring reports
• review flagged accounts and escalate exceptions
• support chargeback process improvements
• compare SOPs and escalation guidance across teams
• gather analyst feedback on reports and tools
• follow SOPs, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
