What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations
• oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payer verification, precertification, and documentation
• support clinicians with patient goals and plans of care
• assist with staff training and concern resolution
• may provide direct care infrequently in emergencies
• participate in on-call process.
