Job overview

The Steward role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $20 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Wolfgang Puck Catering provides food and catering services. The steward maintains clean, orderly kitchen work areas and equipment, supporting safe and sanitary foodservice operations. The role also helps move supplies and equipment and may assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.

What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
• wash dishes, cookware, equipment, and food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer and distribute supplies
• assist with banquet and front-of-house setup
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.
