What you'll do

• Help lead restaurant operations and drive sales and profit growth
• hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
• support onboarding and performance plans
• make hiring and separation decisions in accordance with procedures
• manage budgets, cash, inventory, labor, and food costs
• maintain operational and safety standards
• address maintenance needs
• and coach team members using company tools.
