The Pattern Maker, First Shift role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY. Pay is $15–$25 per hour depending on experience. Staffworks CNY is recruiting for a pattern maker to join its client’s team. The pattern maker constructs models, molds, and tooling and prepares and operates machinery to meet production and quality requirements. The role supports manufacturing by producing and maintaining tooling and meeting quality and quantity standards.

What you'll do

• Construct models and molds using blueprints, patterns, and stereo models
• plan operations
• interpret files and program CNC machines using three-axis CAM software
• prepare CAD files
• operate machinery
• finish parts
• rig molds
• build fixtures and templates
• monitor tooling
• perform routine machine maintenance
• and support quality standards.
