Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• support financial statements and audit schedules
• perform variance analysis
• maintain fixed asset schedules
• review invoices and process vendor payments
• maintain vendor records and reconcile statements
• issue customer invoices, apply payments, monitor receivables, and resolve billing issues
• maintain financial records and support audits and departmental procedures.
