National Intake Trainer

Job overview

The National Intake Trainer role is based in Edison, NJ, with frequent travel that may reach 75%; annual compensation is $70,000–$90,000. KabaFusion is a home infusion company with a national network of pharmacies and nursing offices serving more than 40 states. The trainer develops and delivers standardized intake training to support patient referrals and home care business across KabaFusion’s footprint. The role builds staff capability, implements sustainable processes, and coordinates with pharmacy, intake, sales, nursing, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Provide ongoing intake training and field support
• work with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions
• create standardized training processes and materials
• assess skills at each site
• retrain employees annually and as needed
• design training programs
• mentor new employees
• coordinate with clinical, reimbursement, operations, and management teams
• recommend improvements
• submit assessment reports, schedules, and plans.
