What you'll do

• Manage district profit and loss, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, store setup and operations, and marketing initiatives
• conduct store visits and support safety and compliance
• recruit, train, develop, and coach teams
• manage budgets, forecasts, cash controls, and financial targets
• oversee schedules and timecards
• partner with HR on employee relations
• coordinate facilities and office projects
• recommend operational improvements
• ensure compliance.
