The Head of User Acquisition, Short Drama role is onsite in Mountain View, CA. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports ReelBee, NewsBreak’s short-drama distribution platform and a CEO-sponsored company initiative. This leader owns paid acquisition and its efficiency in converting advertising spend into paying users. The role uses campaign and cohort performance data to guide budgets, creative tests, channel choices, and collaboration with creative editors, content operations, data analysts, and agency partners where used.

What you'll do

• Own paid user acquisition for ReelBee across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• manage new-user volume, CPI, and D7 ROAS and adjust budgets using ROAS rules
• create title-level 72-hour scorecards
• define creative tests and brief editors and content partners
• build cohort ROAS and LTV/CAC dashboards
• maintain AppsFlyer/MMP configuration, event postbacks, SKAN, and privacy compliance
• evaluate channels such as YouTube, Reddit, and programmatic
• report daily and weekly performance.
