What you'll do

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment
• clean and scrub equipment and facilities
• complete documentation and records
• inspect sanitation work and follow up on standards
• follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and confined-space cleaning
• assist with sanitation training and comply with plant sanitation programs.
