The Ab Initio Architect and Subject Matter Expert role is onsite in McLean, VA, or Dayton, OH; compensation is $130,000–$140,000 per year. Credence supports modernization of an existing Army system to the Ab Initio platform as part of its federal mission work. The architect provides technical direction and expertise for data integration and system modernization, designing and optimizing ETL workflows and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet government requirements. The role includes rotational on-call support for ETL process issues.

What you'll do

• Design and document data processes for legacy-system migration
• develop scalable ETL code and workflows
• gather requirements and prepare system and functional requirement documents
• optimize legacy workflows and processing
• use Oracle SQL and Ab Initio for data conversion and integration
• document specifications and testing
• participate in peer reviews
• automate job schedules
• meet DoD security and compliance standards
• provide rotational on-call support.
