Field Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Educate customers about specialized telephone equipment and programs
• provide in-home assessments and equipment services
• help recipients select and order accessible telecommunications equipment
• install equipment, train customers on features, troubleshoot, and follow up
• support outreach and develop program messaging and online materials
• gather community input through focus groups and surveys
• provide technical assistance and resource training
• document services, referrals, and follow-up
• follow privacy and information security protocols.
