What you'll do

  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
  • teach communication, social, and daily-living skills
  • implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision
  • collect and document session data
  • collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • participate in team meetings and training
  • assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Why this role

Paid training and mentorship are available; BTs complete a 40-hour training program and are expected to pass the RBT exam within 45 days; RBTs must hold active certification. Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
