The Bilingual Assistant Property Manager — LIHTC role is onsite in Austin, TX. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Paths develops, builds, and operates affordable housing, with more than 14,000 units under management across 13 states. The assistant property manager supports daily property operations by working with residents on collections, lease administration, and complaints while coordinating maintenance and unit inspections. The role also helps administer move-ins, move-outs, annual certifications, and affordable housing documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct arrears collections and resident follow-ups
• oversee move-in and move-out processes
• inspect units before move-ins and after move-outs
• coordinate work orders with maintenance staff
• assist with annual unit inspections for tax credit compliance
• ensure timely completion of resident certifications
• process move-in packages
• and prepare Section 8 packages for supervisor review.
