What you'll do

• Wash dishes, pots, utensils, chinaware, and glassware
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to schedules and procedures
• clean the dish room and dishwasher
• sweep and mop kitchen, storage, and related areas.
