What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• identify likely unknown conditions and document contingencies
• build organized budgets in JobTread
• solicit and vet subcontractor and vendor pricing
• collaborate with architects and sales
• revise estimates as scope and specifications evolve.
